In that panel, the user will set some information about the considered object:
- A string defining it (by default “?”)
- The satellite number (i.e. the Norad Id)
- The classification (by default “U”)
- The launch year
- The launch number
- The launch piece as a string (void by default)
- The first TLE number: the first computed TLE will take this value and, when several TLEs will be computed, this number will be incremented
- The number of revolution for the first TLE: useful to know how many revolutions occurred before this first TLE. When several TLEs are computed, this number will also be incremented.
At last, the user may indicate:
- in which directory the file with the TLE (or several TLEs) will be stored (by default the current local directory). If this directory does not exist, it will be created. It can be useful if an existing data base is used.
- The kind of directory organization: in compliance with such organizations as defined by OPERA tool:
- “flat” organization (by default): all files named XXXXX.txt with XXXXX are the five digits of the Norad Id are put at the same level
- "hierarchical” organization XXX/YY/XXXYY.tle file where XXX are the first three digits of the Norad Id; YY are the last two digits of Norad Id
