Current version

The current version is the V1.2. It mainly corresponds to the use of the new V11.5 version of PSIMU and the possibility to add holes and noises in the TLE generation. It has also some minor GUI improvements

Known limitations or bugs:

Due to limitations of PATRIUS algorithms, building a LEO TLE is not possible for a too low eccentricity and a LEO TLE for an epoch before 2005 !
